As a former collegiate and professional athlete, Coach Coop brings a unique personal experience and professional expertise to the coaching practice.  His passion lies in empowering athletes of all levels to unlock their full potential and achieve their performance goals.


Coach Coop's coaching philosophy centers around a holistic approach that combines targeting physical training with mental resilience.  It involves fostering a supportive yet challenging environment where athletes can develop not only their physical capabilities but also their confidence, focus, and strategic thinking.
